Well, now . . property prices in Dubai - if not the properties themselves - are collapsing, and with them, the world's stock markets. Redbraced Experts are predicting the second stage of the Great Crash of 2008-09 and all is suddenly doom and gloom again with the FTSE down in the 5100's.
